Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OPSKY app ("OPSKY," "we," "our"). By using OPSKY, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of service

OPSKY is a duty-plan and crew-scheduling app for aviation crew. It lets you import your roster, view your schedule, and optionally sync your duty events to a dedicated Google Calendar you control.

2. Your account and data

You're responsible for the accuracy of the roster data you import and for keeping your account credentials secure. Roster data is stored encrypted on your device; see our Privacy Policy for details on what's collected and how it's used.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't use OPSKY for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates your airline's policies.
• Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its backend services.
• Don't share your account with others.

4. No warranty

OPSKY is provided "as is." Flight times, delays, and schedule data may come from third-party or self-reported sources and are provided for convenience only. OPSKY is not an official source of duty, flight-time, or regulatory information — always confirm against your airline's official systems.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OPSKY and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including missed flights, scheduling errors, or data loss.

6. Termination

You may stop using OPSKY and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as OPSKY evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date.
